- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US, and Via First Class mail to Canada.
- Privacy & Security
- All transactions on our site take place over a secure connection. Any personal information that you provide in placing an order will be kept secret. We will never share your name, email address, or other information with anyone (except where required by law) for purposes other than completing your requested transaction.
- Warranty
- We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defect and will replace defective toys free of charge. Toys that experience normal wear and tear during the course of play with your cat are not considered defective. While we try to make our toys as durable as possible, the unbridled destructive force of a cat playing will eventually cause any toy come apart. If you feel you have a toy that was defective please contact customer service to get a return authorization. You will be required to mail the defective toy back along with your return authorization number to get your replacement.
- Returns
- Returns are accepted on any product that is it's original packaging and is unused. For any item returned you will be refunded the full purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you would like to make a return please contact customer service to get a return authorization. You will be required to mail the return item back back along with your return authorization number to get your refund.
- Ordering
- Most orders are filled within 24 hours, but occasionally we do temporarily run out of any item. Don't worry...we always make more, so if for any reason we cannot ship your product immediately, we will let you know and give you an estimate of when your order will be ready to ship.
